Drawings have been reviewed, and detailed work instructions have been compiled based
1. Conditions Required for Construction
(1) Drawings have been reviewed, and detailed work instructions have been compiled based on manufacturer's information and approved.
(2) The quality of the construction work related to the installation of the box-type transformer complies with the current national standards for construction and acceptance.
(3) Embedded parts and cable embedded pipes are in the design-required positions, and the embedded parts are firmly fixed.
2. Construction Preparation
2.1 Transformer Foundation Inspection
(1) Joint inspection of the transformer foundation construction quality with the owner and supervisor, completion of record forms, signature confirmation by all parties, timely reporting and handling of any identified issues.
(2) Carefully verify the transformer foundation's longitudinal and transverse axis dimensions and embedded pipe locations, comparing them to the drawings; proceed only after confirmation.
2.2 Transformer Unpacking Inspection
(1) Upon arrival, the transformer should be unpacked and inspected jointly with the owner, supervisor, and relevant manufacturer personnel.
(2) Measure and record the impact value of the impact recorder before unloading; this value should be less than 3G.
(3) Inspect the transformer for external damage and intact paint, and record the findings.
(4) Inspect the internal components of the transformer for displacement or contamination.
3. Transformer Installation and Positioning
(1) Install the transformer channel steel foundation on the embedded parts, ensuring levelness and alignment; weld the channel steel foundation to the embedded parts securely, remove the slag after welding, and apply anti-corrosion paint.
(2) After installing the fan, hoist the transformer directly onto the foundation and use jacks for leveling and alignment.
(3) Connect the transformer to the foundation according to the manufacturer's specified method (bolting or welding).
(4) If delivered in parts, install the outer casing after the transformer is installed and aligned.
(5) Hang identification plates and clean the inside of the transformer casing.
(6) Implement finished product protection before the next process.
